Vignesh Ravichandran is a Carnatic vocalist and Tamil writer. Noted for his resonant voice, he has earned appreciation from arts communities across the US and India, performing at noteworthy festivals like Drive East and Ragas Live and at venues from the New York Public Library to the Chennai Music Season.
As a writer, he writes Tamil poetry for many composers and productions. Vignesh has written lyrics for short films and independent music albums. His poetry collection, "Yen Kirukkalgal," drew critical acclaim.
As a composer, Vignesh has composed music for dance productions for many leading bharatanatyam dancers and choreographers.
